ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Alisa, a painter who creates artwork to honor America's heroes- police officers, firefighters, and military service members. My work is about more than images on canvas; it's about respect, gratitude, and telling stories that deserve to be seen.
I first started in Photorealism when I painted a couple birthday gifts of Alcohol art for friends. I created a painting depicting his badge for my then-husband to display in his office at work, and soon after, I made one for his coworkers. I realized that what I was doing mattered- these paintings made people feel recognized in a way that words often can't. From there, I felt called to expand, creating art that honors the sacrifices and resilience of those who serve, as well as the challenges they face after service.
Each piece I create is inspired by something real - whether it's the glint of handcuffs on a desk, a soldier's quiet strength, or the memory of service that stays with someone long after they've returned home. My goal is simple: to help heroes and their families feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated.
Thank you for being here. I hope my art brings you the same sense of connection and meaning that I feel when I paint it.
