Winchester 308 cartridges. I dedicated this painting to the Snipers of the Military and Law Enforcement. Dealers of retribution for those that would be Americas enemies. I went to an El Toro Air show when I was little. I remember walking up to the edge of the concrete overlooking a large dead grass field. My parents said we had walked up to Sniper Demonstration. I looked at the field for several minutes wondering when it would start. Suddenly, a man covered in dead grasses stood up not 5 feet from me! I was awestruck, it was one of the coolest things I had ever seen. When I look at this painting, I think of that day at El Toro. This painting is for the patient ghosts of warfare.
